We are seeking a talented Personal Assistant to support our client, a busy UHNW family. The main responsibility of the person in this role will be to streamline day to day personal and business operations for the principals. We are looking for someone with a very high level of attention to detail, a can do attitude, and sensitivity for confidentiality. This is a unique opportunity to work for a great family. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Principal’s personal calendar in tandem with their corporate EA 
  • Assist family with appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel (book flights, accommodations, charter transportations, etc.)
  • Plan,develop, book and manage extensive trip itineraries, many of which involve coordinating with high end luxury travel companies and include large groups of people
  • Plan special events such as birthdays, dinner parties and holiday gatherings
  • Plan travel arrangements for family pet (flights, lodging, etc.) and manage health and wellness
  • Manage household staff to ensure seamless operations and oversight across many moving parts
  • Manage bill pay and other personal finances
  • Serve as a liaison for the family and coordinate with their personal contacts and vendors
  • Provide on-site home and office management at the various residences
  • Organize files and information (inventory of household art, house supplies, household utility and vendor info, maintenance log, assist with renovations for multiple residences, etc.)
  • Oversee the operations and maintenance of residences located in NYC, ATL and SF Bay Area
  • Handle sourcing, hiring, and managing vendors and contractors
  • Schedule, greet and manage vendors and service technicians at homes and facilitate repair visits for primary and secondary residences
  • Help oversee and provide project management support for home renovation projects including working with contractors and designers, and purchasing home furnishings, supplies, etc.
  • Provide ad hoc research and project support (i.e., source artwork and home furniture, etc.)
  • Errands and other tasks as needed

Requirements:
  •  2-4 years of experience in a similar role supporting a family or UHNWI
  • Estate management experience is highly preferred; 
  • Hospitality or household management is a plus
  • Must be tech savvy
  • Experience and fluency with project management tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Drive is a plus
  • Ability to work within budgets and help guide the Principal to sound estate and personal management decisions with good research and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-starter, resourceful, organized, action- and detail-oriented
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle 
  • Must be able to pass an in depth background check and provide excellent references
Compensation:
Up to $165-200k DOE, bonus opportunity, benefits, and other perks

Location:
San Francisco, CA. Must be able to travel as needed.

Schedule:
Primarily in person, with some hybrid flexibility. Monday - Friday, 24/7 mindset needed
