We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented individual to join a large team in Brentwood. This role will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized estate. This family offers part-time or full time employment options that will require flexibility to work weekends.

Schedule: This is a part-time or full time role that will require flexibility as your schedule will vary from week to week. Weekend and early morning or later evening coverage required.
Compensation: Starting at $28/hour and up BOE, PTO, healthcare stipend.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role with verifiable references
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team, in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and later evenings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Professional demeanor and presence
Responsibilities:
- Continually provide detail level cleaning to all areas of the interior and exterior of the property, demonstrating a high and consistent level of attention to detail
- Work with colleagues to coordinate cleaning around the family’s movements to take advantage of even brief opportunities to provide quick and efficient service to areas of the household
- Meticulously follow cleaning and organizational guidelines to ensure the house is maintained in a very clean and organized manner
- Provide feedback to management recommending improvements to protocols to improve service
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and early morning or late evening shifts at times. Shifts will vary from week to week
