Our client is a high-profile celebrity and entrepreneur with a dynamic presence in the entertainment and business industries. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to join their team and provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This role is hybrid and will require the Executive Assistant to work from the office in Beverly Hills as well as on set. - Manage extremely complex calendars for the CEO, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle on-going call list and act as a gatekeeper for the CEO.
- Facilitate general correspondence with internal teams, agents, lawyers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
- Draft letters, thank-you notes, and other communications for personal, professional, and gifting purposes.
- Maintain and distribute daily and weekly schedules for the CEO.
- Run errands as needed.
- Professional gifting.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation for both domestic and international trips.
- Accompany the CEO on trips as required.
- Accompany CEO to set and provide assistance.
- Manage expense reports and assist with financial management tasks.
- Coordinate glam services for the CEO as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a high-profile or celebrity setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle complex calendar management and juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to travel and work long hours on set.
- Experience with on-set coordination is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and calendar management tools.
Benefits:
- Salary $80,000-$90,000 DOE
