We are currently seeking a Personal Executive Assistant for our client a UHNW executive is Miami, FL. This role is about 55% PA and 45% EA-related responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have at least four years in a similar position and be comfortable working a hybrid schedule. We are looking for someone who is proactive, attentive, personable, and professional. A high level of confidentiality is needed for this position. Looking to hire ASAP!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner in a fast-paced environment
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the Principal and his family
  • Oversee management of Florida residential property, including coordination with and on-site monitoring of third-party vendors and service providers
  • Plan and coordinate personal events and organize personal commitments, including medical appointments, trainers, dining reservations, catering services, etc.
  • Run errands as necessary, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, posting of mail and coordination with delivery services
  • Manage the Principal’s calendar and set up professional and private meetings, which will often involve multiple time zones
  • Act as the point of contact among the Principal’s employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Work on a variety of time-sensitive projects for the Principal and his family office
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Organize and maintain online filing systems
  • Perform additional tasks as may be required from time to time
Requirements:
  • Must have at least 4+ years of experience in a similar position supporting an UHNWI, family, or high level executive
  • Must be able to pass an in-depth background check and provide excellent references
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must be able to work in a fast placed environment
  • Must be comfortable running errands and executing all other PA responsibilities
Compensation:
$115-150k DOE, benefits, PTO, and other perks

Schedule:
Standard hours with flexible as needed Monday - Friday, Hybrid.
