We are currently seeking a talented, music-based Personal Assistant to support our client, a well-known music artist. You will play a crucial role in organizing day-to-day activities, taking initiative on various tasks, and serving as the liaison between the artist and the team. The role involves travel approximately once a month, requiring a valid passport. While there is minimal weekend work, exceptions may occur during travel or rehearsals. Must have excellent references and pass an in depth background check. This position will start September 1st!

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the artist's daily schedule and activities.

  • Take initiative in handling work and errands as needed.

  • Act as a liaison between the artist and the team, ensuring effective communication.

  • Travel coordination for monthly trips and upcoming tour.

  • Provide input in conversations and be assertive in asking questions.

  • Work on-site in the house in the LA area, collaborating with other staff members.

  • Handle scheduling for ongoing home renovation and manage vendors at the house.

  • Ad hoc project and more as needed!

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Personal Assistant in the music industry (preferred).

  • Tour experience is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Assertive and proactive with the ability to take initiative.

  • Strong organizational skills, especially in managing schedules and activities.

  • Comfortable with travel, possessing a valid passport.

  • Ability to work on-site every day in the LA area.

  • Interest in and ability to provide input in conversations.

  • Must love kids (no childcare duties) and be comfortable with dogs, with some pet care duties.

Location: Los Angeles area (On-site position)

Schedule: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (No weekend work unless for travel or rehearsals)

Compensation:

  • Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (Depending on Experience)

  • Benefits: Health, Paid Time Off (PTO)
