We are seeking an experienced and proactive Household Manager to oversee the operations of a main residence in New York City and a secondary home in upstate New York for a UHNW family. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in luxury hospitality or estate management and possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in house management, preferably for high-net-worth individuals or families is required
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of household staff and vendors
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and personal matters
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the family's schedule and events
  • Proficient in using technology and software for property management, budgeting, and communication

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including routine inspections, repairs, and renovations, to ensure both residences are maintained to the highest standards
  • Supervise household staff, nannies, chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance personnel, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and professionally
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to procure goods and services, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Coordinate with various teams to assist with travel arrangements for the family, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities, as needed
  • Develop and manage household budgets, including expenses related to maintenance, staffing, and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals
  • Coordinate and manage events, parties, and gatherings at both residences, including guest accommodations, catering, and logistics
  • Minimal travel may be required
Schedule: This is a full-time role that may require work outside of general business hours, as well as weekends

Compensation: Up to $200K BOE, full benefits, PTO
