Chef Needed for UHNW Family / in Palm Beach, Florida

A lovely UHNW Family in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a full-time chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will have private chef experience working for families, and while Michelin Star experience is not required, it is a huge plus. This position will work in tandem with another chef to support all of the family's needs. The two chefs will work as partners in a 5 days on, 5 days off rotation schedule. The quintessential candidate will be personable and warm, possessing strong organizational and time management skills. In this role, you must be a team player and able to work alongside additional household staff members. 

The family enjoys healthy eating with limited meat and fish options. An emphasis on clean, vegan, and gluten-free diets is preferred. They prefer a heavily Mediterranean diet but also love Italian, as well as soups and vegetables. This is a great opportunity to work for a wonderful family that is looking to hire someone who can work with them for many years.

Must be able to travel with the family both internationally and domestically. Must be able to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment. Must be able 
to provide a food photography portfolio that showcases your innovative and artistic approach to cuisine.

Schedule: must be flexible, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner most days. 5 days on, 5 days off rotation schedule with other chef.

Location: Palm Beach, FL. Open to candidates across the U.S. who are willing to relocate. The Family will help pay for relocation.

Compensation and Benefits: Up to $140K DOE, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
