We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic music artist based in Brooklyn, New York City. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of tasks to ensure the artist's professional and personal affairs run smoothly.
This role requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full time role that will be on site Monday-Friday with very little work from home opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Provide personal support as needed, such as running errands, managing personal appointments, organizing personal spaces, and handling miscellaneous tasks to support the artist's well-being and lifestyle.

Support the artist’s home operations ensuring things are stocked and organized.

Understand the artist's priorities and preferences, proactively managing their schedule to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Interact confidently with high-profile individuals, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Handle sensitive information and maintain utmost discretion in all matters related to the artist's personal and professional life.

Assist with special projects as they arise, which may include event planning, media coordination, or other initiatives to enhance the artist's brand.
Requirements:

Proven track record as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting high-profile individuals or music artists, with a minimum of 7 years of experience, open to candidates with a nanny background as well.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Willingness and ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.

Salary: $90,000 + benefits
