We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support a dynamic music artist based in Sherman Oaks. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the artist’s professional life. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in the music industry, particularly with touring, and will be familiar with the fast-paced environment that accompanies it. They should possess a proven ability to thrive in dynamic settings and demonstrate adaptability to changing circumstances, and be able to travel as needed with the artist.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a complex schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in coordinating aspects of tour logistics, including booking travel, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for teams and external partners, liaising effectively to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Provide project management support for various initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Handle incoming requests and inquiries with professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with specific experience supporting individuals in the entertainment industry.
  • Prior experience with touring and touring logistics is essential.
  • Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as required by tour schedules.
  • Possession of a valid passport and willingness to travel at short notice.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the demands of a non-traditional work schedule, including evenings and weekends.

 

Location: Fully onsite in Sherman Oaks

Salary: $75,000-$100,000
