Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or founders
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks, including managing calendars, emails, and documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a proactive team player
- Mentally agile
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Founder's inbox, calendar, and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of activities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, including logistics and accommodations
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, redirecting them as necessary and ensuring prompt resolution
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports as required by the Founder
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and confidentiality
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including filing systems, supplies management, and office upkeep
