Family/Personal Assistant to HNW Family / in Santa Monica, California

We are seeking a Family/Personal Assistant to support our client a HNW Family in Santa Monica. This role will be a true family and personal assistant split, with light house management responsibilities as well. Ideal candidates will be team players who are personable and highly organized. Some light travel is included in this role but to about 20% of the time. We are looking for someone who will fit in with their already established household team and be a true asset to the principal. Responsibilities:

• Errands, gifting, personal shopping, etc.
• Coordination of events from start to finish
• Working with vendors and maintenance 
• Coordinating the household staff members' schedules
• Personal and family calendar management and scheduling
• Light household management responsibilities
• Personal and family travel booking and itinerary creation
• Appointment coordination, dinner reservations, booking car services, etc

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license
• Must have at least 3-5 years working in a similar position for a HNW family or individual
• Must be able to work a somewhat flexible schedule
• Must be able to travel when needed and have a valid passport
• Must be able to pass an in-depth background check and provide excellent references

Compensation:
$95-115k DOE, benefits stipend, PTO, etc

Location:
Santa Monica, CA. Hybrid schedule. Candidates on the westside of LA will be prioritized.
