Our client is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the Partner of their reputable real estate private equity firm in Westlake Village, just outside of LA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of confidentiality, maintain excellent boundaries, and exhibit the professionalism expected in handling all matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the partner's day-to-day operations run smoothly, managing communication, and handling various administrative tasks. This is a hybrid position, you will sit 3 days in office and work from home for the remaining 2 days. The office culture is positive, inclusive, and has a ‘no jerks policy’.

Responsibilities: 

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the partner's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Prioritize and coordinate meetings, ensuring timely attendance and preparation.

  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the partner and internal/external stakeholders. Read and manage all emails, including internal communications, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure travel plans align with business priorities.

  • Document Management: Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.

  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and take minutes as needed. Efficiently manage action items to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.

  • Expense Management: Track and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Special Projects: Support the partner in various special projects and initiatives. Some support in personal matters and family tasks that can be addressed from the office during the workday 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with exposure to UHNW individuals.

  • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with investors and their Executive Assistants.

  • Comfortable with professional communication and managing confidential information.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain good boundaries and uphold confidentiality.

  • Familiarity with real estate investment or private equity is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
