We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO a startup AI company. This is a pivotal role that requires a proactive, results-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, adept at managing complex schedules, and capable of navigating the intricacies of executive support.
Responsibilities:
Compensation and benefits: up to $125K DOE, great benefits, and stock options.

- Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Manage CEO’s schedule including fielding, planning, and coordinating meetings for the CEO and his staff on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. Serve as a "gateway" to the office of the CEO. Directly manage the CEO's calendar including sending invitations on his behalf.
- Own scheduling of routine executive team meetings and ad hoc events.
- Prioritize conflicting needs - uses judgment and discretion to determine urgency of issues.
- Arrange corporate travel and trip agendas.
- Complete expense reports.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and employees; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
- Handle arrangements for CEO-hosted company social events, including event planning, meal reservations, etc. (often in partnership with People Team).
- Serve as the CEO’s administrative liaison to Primer’s Board of Directors. Assist board members with travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning as needed.
- Assist with all CEO authorization and signature functions.
- Provide support to exec team
- 7-10 years of experience as an EA supporting CEOs with demanding schedules.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Must be an active listener, empathetic (high EQ).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
