We are seeking a positive and hard-working Executive/Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a wealth management company in Export, PA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and be comfortable with traveling up to 50% of the year. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's personal and professional life.

Schedule: flexibly is required to accommodate the executive’s schedule, including occasional evening and weekend work. Will require travel for both business and personal purposes.
Compensation and benefits: $90-100K DOE, health dental vision and life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401k matching, discretionary bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Assist with personal tasks for the executive, such as managing personal schedules, handling personal errands, and coordinating family-related activities.
- Oversee household management, including coordinating with household staff and managing home-related projects.
- Plan and coordinate personal travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
- Track project deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure security of executive's confidential information and personal data.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
