We are currently seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide daily support to a music artist based in New York City. As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of both the artist's personal and professional life.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and manage all travel bookings, working closely with a travel agent to ensure seamless travel experiences for the artist.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the artist across all forms of communication.
  • Maintain and organize the artist's schedule, including appointments, events, interviews, and performances.
  • Oversee household matters, including vendor relations, repairs, and maintenance. Work closely with the artist manager and other team members to coordinate and execute various projects and initiatives effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with the artist, establishing appropriate boundaries while providing unwavering support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive personal assistant, ideally within the music or entertainment industry, will be an advantage.
  • Candidate must possess a valid driver's license to handle occasional transportation needs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills are essential, as the role demands juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The candidate must display a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing work environment, adjusting schedules and priorities as needed.
  • The ideal candidate should be available to start soon, being prepared to handle busier periods when required, while remaining proactive during quieter times.
  • Ability to travel for work as needed with artist to shows or appearances.

Salary: Up to $100,000/year DOE medical benefits stipend
