Our client, a successful leader in education, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to support their CEO with a broad range of professional and personal tasks. This position requires a high level of discretion, bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, and the ability to operate effectively across various day-to-day needs.

Responsibilities:
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000+ (possible flexibility DOE), excellent benefits, PTO + 401k

Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO in drafting, implementing, and revising the company’s business strategies and plans.
- Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on meetings to ensure implementation and progress reporting.
- Manage internal document creation, submission, tracking, and confidential file management.
- Coordinate communications and facilitate decision-making processes between the CEO and other executives.
- Oversee the submission and follow-up of work plans and reports from company supervisors and subsidiary heads.
- Manage document verification, drafting important communications, and ensuring efficient document flow.
- Collect and maintain business-related information as per the CEO’s directives.
- Represent the company at external events as delegated by the CEO.
- Accompany the CEO on business trips and ensure detailed adherence to protocols and requirements.
- Organize company events and manage VIP receptions as per the CEO's instructions.
- Provide translation services and support for all business and personal matters involving the CEO.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous or similar executive/personal assistant experience (supporting c-suite is a plus!).
- Must be fluent in translation and interpretation between English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Must have a clean driving record with a valid driver license.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
