Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to support our founder and CEO of a confidential Private Equity firm. This hybrid role involves 2-3 days in the office and the remainder working from home. The ideal candidate is highly reliable, organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will work in tandem with a Chief of Staff and provide dedicated support to the CEO. This firm has a 24/7 mentality with offices in NY and Europe and we need someone who can be available to the CEO when needed. Light travel will be involved. The office is in Midtown Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to the founder and CEO.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and support meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, 24/7 work environment with flexibility for after-hours work.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, ideally supporting a CEO or other C-Suite Executives.
- Private Equity Experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Highly reliable with a sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Committed to long-term employment and not prone to frequent job changes.
Competitive Compensation: $150k-$200k base salary with performance-based bonuses and benefits.
