An UHNW family in Los Angeles is seeking a proactive and organized Junior Assistant to join their team. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual with a "jack of all trades" mentality who is eager to learn and contribute across various areas of household and personal support. The Junior EA will run errands, manage vendors, handle small projects, and assist with a wide range of tasks. This is a dynamic role where you will be expected to approach each day with a 24/7 mentality, ready to support the family’s needs.

Requirements:
  • Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple small projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ambitious with a strong work ethic and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate with vendors and internal staff
  • "24/7" mentality – while the family respects work-life balance, there may be long hours and the need for flexibility
  • A team player who is willing to assist in any capacity and take initiative
  • Reliable, adaptable, and excited to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the current team to handle various errands as needed by the family and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and quality service for household and personal needs
  • Be willing and capable of jumping into any task that arises, whether it’s assisting with household duties, managing administrative tasks, or organizing events. This role requires a hands-on, team-oriented approach
  • Work closely with other household staff and executives, assisting wherever needed and maintaining a collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Ensure quick and efficient communication with the principal and other team members, staying on top of tasks and providing timely updates
Schedule: This is a full-time role that does require at 24/7 mentality  

Compensation: Up to $80K based on experience, healthcare stipend, PTO

Location: Beverly Hills, CA
