Our client is a fast-growing brand looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support their CEO. As a key member of the team, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, both administratively for the CEO and the office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage multiple projects at once and be able to shift quickly when a new priority arises. This is a hybrid position where you will be in the office 3 days a week and remote the other 2 days. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize time-sensitive tasks  
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations  
  • Track and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely execution  
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and provide necessary documents in advance  
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in interview scheduling and coordination for various departments  
  • Support the hiring process, including onboarding of new team members  
  • Organize team-building activities and internal events to foster company culture  
  • Manage employee resources and office operations to ensure a smooth workflow  
  • Oversee general office management duties, including office supplies, vendor relations, and facility management  
  • Plan and execute company-wide meetings, events, and celebrations  
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a C-suite executive  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment  
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and travel booking systems  
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR functions is a plus

Compensation: 

  • Competitive salary range: $85,000 $95,000
