A high-net-worth family in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented In-Home Lifestyle Manager & House Manager to oversee the daily operations of their primary residence. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, polished, and proactive someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about creating a beautiful, welcoming home for the family and their guests.

The household includes a couple and young children, cared for by a rotating team of four full-time nannies, as well as a team of housekeepers. This role focuses on lifestyle support, household coordination, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifestyle & Household Coordination: Maintain a high level of organization across all areas of the home. Ensure everything is running smoothly day-to-day, from household inventory to daily scheduling needs including running errands and ad hoc projects. 

  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate small-scale, intimate events such as birthdays, holiday celebrations, and seasonal gatherings with an emphasis on elegance and personal touches.

  • Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Schedule and liaise with vendors and service providers (e.g., florists, handymen, AV, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery and maintenance of services.

  • Hospitality & Guest Readiness: Ensure the home is guest-ready at all times and create a warm, polished atmosphere with thoughtful details such as coffee service or welcome amenities.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain household records, schedules, and inventories. Track receipts, staff timecards, appointments, household projects, and service visits.
     

Travel to Secondary Residence:

The family also maintains a second home in Miami, Florida, and the Lifestyle Manager will be expected to travel to Miami as needed to support the setup, upkeep, and readiness of that home particularly around family travel, holidays, or events. Travel may vary in frequency and duration depending on the season and household needs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in private home or lifestyle management for UHNW individuals or families.

  • Strong hands-on approach with an eye for detail and a service-minded demeanor.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Experience planning elegant home events and coordinating with high-end service providers.

  • Knowledge of designer clothing care and wardrobe organization/styling is highly valued.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital calendars, inventory tools, and vendor platforms.
     

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

  • Fully on-site in Beverly Hills (no remote work)

  • Private in-home office provided for administrative work

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary: $150,000 DOE

  • Full benefits after 90 days
