The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO’s daily operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings, content deadlines, and team collaboration.
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, content creators, and external partners.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
- Act as the primary liaison for the CEO, handling emails, calls, and messages with discretion.
- Draft and organize communications, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and mission.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials, with a focus on creative projects and collaborations.
- Attend meetings to take notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Assist the CEO in managing relationships with content creators, influencers, and collaborators.
- Track deliverables and timelines for creative projects.
- Ensure that creative assets align with brand standards and objectives.
- Organize travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and event logistics.
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements.
- Support personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Help oversee special projects and brand initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, directly supporting a CEO, ideally in a creative or content-driven environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools.
- Interest in working with and learning from a CEO who is hands-on with content creation and management.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Location: Hollywood, California
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with flexibility as needed (on-site)
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000, benefits & unlimited PTO
