Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings, content deadlines, and team collaboration.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal teams, content creators, and external partners.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the CEO, handling emails, calls, and messages with discretion.
  • Draft and organize communications, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and mission.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, with a focus on creative projects and collaborations.
  • Attend meetings to take notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Assist the CEO in managing relationships with content creators, influencers, and collaborators.
  • Track deliverables and timelines for creative projects.
  • Ensure that creative assets align with brand standards and objectives.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and event logistics.
  • Manage expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Support personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Help oversee special projects and brand initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, directly supporting a CEO, ideally in a creative or content-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools.
  • Interest in working with and learning from a CEO who is hands-on with content creation and management.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Location: Hollywood, California

Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with flexibility as needed (on-site)

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000, benefits & unlimited PTO
