A private household is seeking a versatile and proactive Houseman/Driver to provide driving services and general handyman support. This hybrid role combines on-call driving responsibilities with property upkeep, making it ideal for an individual with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a background in driving and handyman work
  • Strong driving skills with knowledge of the Los Angeles area
  • Basic handyman skills and the ability to perform light physical tasks
  • Reliable, professional, and discreet
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
Responsibilities:
  • Transport family members to and from appointments, events, and other errands
  • Drive to appointments for household needs, including trips to the vet, groomer, or grocery store, etc.
  • Be available for occasional errand-running on Fridays and other days as needed
  • Perform light handyman tasks, such as cleaning windows, maintaining outdoor furniture, and assisting with property upkeep
  • Wash and maintain the family’s vehicles, ensuring they are clean and ready for use
  • Assist with event preparation by moving furniture or setting up tables as needed
  • Provide general support for housekeeping, such as picking up additional groceries or supplies as required
Schedule: On-call 7 days per week with guaranteed 2 days off (typically Saturday and Sunday)

Compensation: Up to $100K BOE, healthcare coverage, PTO
