We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to support our client an Ai start up in the Bay Area. This position will oversee office administration and facility operations. This in-office role ensures a productive, engaging, and efficient workplace for employees. Looking to hire asap!
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations across U.S. and India locations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and budget for cost-effective procurement.
- Greet visitors, handle mail, and support IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting.
- Plan company events, manage swag, and enhance employee experience initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding, calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or office management experience (startup experience a plus).
- Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Compensation & Benefits:
