A private equity firm in Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to the investment team. This role requires an efficient, proactive, and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling confidential and time-sensitive information. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate high-profile meetings, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the investment team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in private equity, finance, or similar environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and work in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
  • Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them efficiently
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries
  • Prepare detailed travel agendas and provide real-time assistance as needed
  • Support investment team projects by conducting research and gathering key information
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, investors, and key partners as needed
Schedule: Monday through Thursday in-person, Friday is remote

Compensation: $120-140K BOE, healthcare coverage, PTO
