Requirements:
Compensation: $120-140K BOE, healthcare coverage, PTO
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in private equity, finance, or similar environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and work in a fast-paced setting
- Manage complex calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
- Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them efficiently
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries
- Prepare detailed travel agendas and provide real-time assistance as needed
- Support investment team projects by conducting research and gathering key information
- Liaise with external stakeholders, investors, and key partners as needed
