We are seeking a highly strategic, results-oriented, and dynamic Chief of Staff to support the founder of a leading and mission-driven F&B company. This role is essential in driving key initiatives, optimizing executive operations, and ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing strategic counsel, operational oversight, and high-level project execution to further their mission and impact. This position requires a high level of discretion, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, making it ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose- driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, or Senior Executive role, in CPG
  • Ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution while managing competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal skills to engage with internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders
  • A critical thinker who can anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and business operations experience
  • A high level of integrity and trustworthiness in managing sensitive information
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and making a positive impact in the food industry
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the Founder, helping to refine priorities, manage executive initiatives, and oversee key projects
  • Ensure alignment between leadership objectives and business operations, driving efficiency and execution across the organization
  • Oversee executive communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging internally and externally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for high-level meetings, including board, investor, and stakeholder discussions
  • Optimize processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Serve as a point of contact between the Founder and senior executives, ensuring smooth decision-making and follow-through on priorities
  • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives from concept to execution
  • Work closely with finance and operations teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment that reflects the company’s values and commitment to excellence
  • Support the Founder in managing relationships with key partners, investors, and global leaders
  • Represent the company in public-facing initiatives, philanthropic efforts, and industry events as needed
  • Ensure seamless coordination of philanthropic, advocacy, and community-driven projects aligned with the Founder’s vision
Compensation: Up to $350K BOE plus bonus, full healthcare coverage, PTO, 401K
