A high-profile household in Key Biscayne, FL is seeking a proactive and meticulous Housekeeper to support daily home operations. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish and a strong background in maintaining luxury homes with the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The right candidate will have a keen eye for detail, enjoy creating a tidy and welcoming environment, and be comfortable working around pets and small children.

Key Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Proven experience in private, high-end homes.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Pet- and child-friendly; must be at ease around birds and dogs.

• Neat and professional appearance required (dark scrub attire, groomed hair).

Primary Duties:

• Complete daily housekeeping of all interior living spaces and common areas.

• Oversee all household laundry, including washing, ironing/steaming, folding, and rotating linens regularly.

• Perform regular grocery shopping and restock household supplies while maintaining food freshness.

• Maintain order throughout the home, with particular attention to proper storage of children’s items and toys.

• Support meal service by helping set/clear the table and properly storing leftovers.

• Rotate and clean prior meal service items on alternating days.

• Press and tidy bedding daily; rotate and dry clean weekly or as needed due to stains.

• Clean windows, shower glass, and outdoor entryways weekly to preserve a polished home appearance.

• Maintain kitchen tools, sharpen knives, and track condition of cookware and pantry supplies.

• Organize pantry items into containers and monitor expiration dates.

• Clean the bird cage weekly, restock seed and water bi-weekly, and ensure coverage for daily dog walker drop-offs and pick-ups.

Additional Info: This role follows a Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM schedule. However, flexibility is essential—candidates must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Compensation: $35–$45 per hour, with a stipend and vacation included.

Location: Key Biscayne, FL
