A high-performing, serial entrepreneur is seeking a part-time Personal Branding Specialist to elevate his digital presence, shape his public image, and expand his network. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for a dynamic content creator with PR chops, a strategic mind, and a strong sense of storytelling. The ideal candidate will build a brand from the ground up for someone who wants to become a thought leader in business, investments, and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a cohesive personal branding strategy across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and post content regularly that speaks authentically in the CEO's voice, covering topics such as entrepreneurship, investing, scaling companies, and founder insights.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts by engaging with followers, identifying strategic opportunities for growth, and maintaining consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Plan, produce, and film content, including short-form videos, thought-leadership clips, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Pitch and secure speaking engagements, media appearances, and podcast interviews.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to draft compelling narratives that highlight his accomplishments, vision, and unique perspective as a serial entrepreneur.
  • Provide thought partnership on PR and brand visibility opportunities aligned with the CEO’s goals and business ventures.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in personal branding, PR, or content strategy, especially with high-profile individuals or entrepreneurs.
  • Strong portfolio of social content and thought-leadership writing.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, with the ability to grow and engage audiences authentically.
  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to capture someone else’s tone and voice.
  • Strong video production skills, including filming and light editing.
  • Experience booking speaking engagements and media opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Based in Chicago, with the ability and flexibility to travel frequently to Puerto Rico (expenses covered).
  • Preferably working with multiple clients, this role is ideal for someone with an existing roster who can take on a new, high-profile project.
Location: Chicago, IL with frequent travel to Puerto Rico (expenses covered).

Schedule: 6–12 months, part-time to start with the potential to transition to full-time.

Compensation: open and competitive, depending on experience. No benefits (this role will be on a 1099).
