We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our founder and creative director of a fashion design company. This is a rare, high-touch role that blends executive support, social media and brand storytelling, and hands-on event help. Ideal candidates will have 8-10+ years of experience, preferably in the fashion industry. While this role is mostly remote, only candidates based in Southern California (ideally Los Angeles or San Diego) will be considered at this time. There are also expectations to travel and attend events as needed.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): 
- Manage and maintain calendar, email inboxes, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings with showroom partners, clients, and vendors
- Book travel and accommodations (domestic + international)
- Liaise with showroom teams in LA (and future Milan showroom)
- Act as primary point of contact for high-end clientele and inquiries
- Track sample shipments, invoices, event deadlines, and more
- Assist in creating pitch decks, PR materials, and basic marketing docs
- Assist/follow the founder during fashion shows, fittings, travel, and shoots
- Capture BTS content, edit photos/videos, and manage posting cadence
- Represent the brand’s voice across social platforms — IG, TikTok, etc.
- Assist with influencer or media outreach + PR coordination
- Be comfortable being visible and social on behalf of a founder 
- Liaise with the Personal Assistant and jump in on their behalf as needed
- Travel with the founder, domestically and internationally 
- Facilitate/accommodate meetings across various/global time zones
- Accommodate weekend work to attend events 

Qualifications:
- Based in Southern California (Los Angeles or San Diego)
- A natural extrovert 
- Experience in fashion, PR, social media marketing, or similar creative fields
- Confident capturing content, editing photos/videos, and engaging with digital audiences
- Willing to learn outside the box
- Organized and adaptive, comfortable stepping into chaos with a calm head
- Highly moldable, quick learner, and excellent with follow-through
- Comfortable with 8 weeks of travel per year (seasonal for fashion weeks/events)
- Flexibility with work hours as the role is mostly remote

Location: Mostly remote, but with the expectation to travel and attend in-person events

Pay: Up to $150,000/yearly
