A private individual is seeking an experienced and health-conscious Night-Time and Weekend Chef to prepare evening meals in his Midtown Manhattan residence. The chef will be responsible for preparing clean, nutritious dinners that align with the principal’s preferences, such as lean proteins and simple sides. This role requires coordination and collaboration with the daytime chef, as both will be sharing kitchen space during transition hours.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a private chef or in fine dining, ideally with a health-focused cooking background
- Strong knowledge of nutritious, clean meal preparation
- Comfortable working independently and in shared kitchen environments
- Flexibility to work as needed and adapt to evolving culinary preferences
- Excellent references from prior private household or high-end hospitality roles
- Prepare and serve healthy, flavorful dinners between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM
- Plan meals in alignment with the principal’s dietary preferences and restrictions
- Coordinate kitchen use with the daytime chef to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen during and after service
- Source fresh ingredients as needed or collaborate with household staff on procurement
- Ensure discretion and professionalism at all times
