We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to manage the day-to-day life, household support, and extensive travel to a Grammy-winning pop artist. This is a high-touch, fast-paced role ideal for someone who has experience supporting touring artists and thrives in dynamic, ever-changing environments. Prior experience supporting a music artist is highly preferred. 

Requirements:

  • Passport ready and able to travel internationally (must be comfortable traveling with the principal)

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be willing to drive principal using her vehicle

  • Pet friendly (two dogs in the home)

  • Comfortable managing household vendor schedules and payments (dog walker, cleaner, pool staff)

  • Highly organized and tech-savvy

  • Bonus: German-speaking, but not required

  • Experience supporting a music artist and familiarity with tour logistics is highly preferred

  • Prior high-level talent or entertainment industry experience, specifically with a touring artist, is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the artist’s personal and professional calendar

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel including airport greeters, seating preferences, and accommodations

  • Drive the artist to appointments, events, and engagements as needed until VIP driving service is arranged

  • Manage household schedules and payments to vendors such as the house cleaner, dog walker, and pool technician

  • Collaborate closely with the artist’s management team, stylists, agents, publicists, and other artists

  • Serve as the point of contact for coordinating with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication across all parties

  • Run household budgets and manage expense tracking

  • Travel with the artist frequently, including for international tours or extended projects

  • Provide logistical support around appearances, performances, and daily lifestyle needs

  • Be available for occasional weekend support and adjust to schedule changes as needed
     

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Flexibility for weekends and travel required

Compensation:
$60,000–$70,000 annually, with some flexibility depending on experience
Overtime eligible after 40 hours/week
Monthly healthcare stipend
