We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive Junior Assistant to join a production company in Austin, TX. This role will directly support the Executive Assistant to the CEO, contributing to a wide array of personal, professional, and travel-related duties—both locally and while traveling. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Assist the Executive Assistant with coordinating intricate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and crafting detailed itineraries (both domestic and international).

  • Provide in-person assistance during business trips, events, and on-location shoots to ensure smooth operations and support for the team.

  • Help monitor ongoing tasks, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and action items to keep priorities on track and ensure nothing is overlooked.

  • Offer personal assistance to the CEO’s family as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with the Family Chief of Staff to stay aligned on family-related logistics, priorities, and scheduling.

  • Handle all personal and professional information and matters with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Manage general administrative support such as calendar management, running errands, packing/unpacking, coordinating shipments, expense reporting, and liaising with vendors.

  • Anticipate needs and address challenges proactively—often before they arise.

  • Contribute to special projects, seasonal events, and company initiatives as required.


Qualifications:

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate full-time to Austin, Texas, with flexibility for frequent and sometimes short-notice travel.

  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in a personal assistant, junior assistant, or executive support role.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and time management.

  • Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative approach.

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely within a small, tight-knit team.

  • Open to extensive travel (often for extended periods) and a flexible, non-standard schedule that may include nights and weekends.

  • Professional attitude, strong initiative, good judgment, and high discretion.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, passport, and access to reliable transportation.

  • Background in the film or television industry is a plus.

  • A true interest in the entertainment industry, storytelling, and the core mission of the company.


Compensation & Benefits:
