A kind and discreet principal seeks an experienced and meticulous Part-time Housekeeper to oversee the care and maintenance of a non-primary residence in the Hollywood Hills. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in high-end private homes, a sharp eye for detail, and knowledge of caring for luxury finishes, furnishings, and wardrobes. This is a self-directed role where you will primarily work independently, coordinating with the off-site assistant and serving as the primary point of contact for local vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed daily cleaning and organization of all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces.

• Maintain luxury finishes, furniture, and décor to the highest standards.

• Oversee and liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance.

• Manage household inventory and replenish supplies as needed.

• Provide wardrobe care, including closet organization, laundering delicate garments, hand-washing, spot treatment, and packing/unpacking.

• Support principals during residence, assisting with errands, light administrative needs, and occasional event preparation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience working in formal, high-end private residences.

• Expertise in luxury home and wardrobe care; knowledge of appropriate cleaning methods and products (eco-friendly preferred).

• Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

• Professional, warm, and discreet demeanor with the ability to anticipate needs.

• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently with little supervision.

• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Location: Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Part-Time, minimum 2 days per week (16 hours guaranteed), 8-hour days, with flexibility for additional hours as needed

Compensation: $45–$55/hour, 1099
