A private, active family in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced, energetic, and professional Full-Time Nanny to join their household and nanny team to provide exceptional care for their children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development, a genuine love of working with children, and experience collaborating with a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and a “no task too big or small” mindset, with a commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and overall development of the children at all times

  • Engage children in active play, educational activities, and creative projects both indoors and outdoors

  • Support daily routines, including meal preparation, feeding, sleep schedules, and transitions

  • Collaborate with the nanny team to coordinate child-related tasks and prepare for frequent travel (domestic and international)

  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, activities, and nutrition/supplement intake
    Oversee child-related inventory, supplies, and packing for travel

  • Participate in and supervise physical activities such as swimming, biking, dancing, and sports

  • Provide additional household support related to childcare as needed

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional childcare experience in private households

  • Background in early childhood education or child development strongly preferred

  • Experience creating and leading developmentally appropriate, play-based activities

  • Positive, flexible, and team-oriented with a long-term mindset

  • Active, energetic, and a confident swimmer; comfortable supervising children in and around water

  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of family privacy

  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Mac and comfortable with text/phone communication

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record

  • Valid U.S. Passport or Green Card; ability to travel frequently, including last-minute and extended trips

  • Current CPR & First Aid certification required

  • Excellent references and clean background check
     

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Domestic & International Travel Required)

Compensation: DOE + full benefits, relocation, 401K and annual bonus opportunity

Schedule: 5x/week (12 hours per day) live-out, with flexibility for evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and extended travel
