Capable & Team Oriented Hamptons Housekeeper / in East Hampton, New York

We are seeking a meticulous and professional Housekeeper to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across a beautiful Hamptons-based estate. Working collaboratively within an established housekeeping team, this individual will ensure all interiors are maintained to impeccable standards and aligned with the Principals’ preferences, supporting the smooth and seamless daily operation of the household. The Housekeeper will report directly to the House Manager and will require periodic local travel between properties, including those in the city.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of assigned rotating areas to uphold pristine conditions.
• Ensure properties are always guest-ready.
• Assist with closet organization, storage areas, and staff workspaces.
• Execute deep cleaning tasks during downtimes or as needed.
• Support laundry services, including washing, ironing, and organization.
• Monitor and report inventory levels, ensuring proper stocking of supplies.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Associate Estate Manager.
• Assist with food and beverage service for Principals and guests.
• Provide light meal preparation assistance as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience in luxury homes, hotels, or estates preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to handle delicate fabrics, fine furnishings, and high-end materials with care.
• Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work in a private household setting.
• Flexibility to travel between multiple properties within NYC.
• Ability to work independently while following household protocols and expectations.
• Ability to collaborate well with a team.
• Ability to work major holidays
• Must have a clean background check and excellent references.

Schedule: M-F with some flexibility 80% of the year / when in season, 20% of the year, schedule will be based on a 5-day rotation (which will include some Saturdays/Sundays)

Compensation: 35-45/hr. + amazing benefits package, PTO + 401K
