Full-Time Nanny for Private Family / in Los Angeles, California

A private family is seeking an experienced, dynamic full-time Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for their 4-year-old child in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is warm, energetic, developmentally minded, and confident working in a structured, fast-paced household while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate is warm, engaging, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. The family is committed to finding a truly top-tier nanny who will become a trusted, long-term presence. Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to maintain consistency across longer shifts are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care
• Support early learning, social development, and emotional regulation through play and structure
• Manage routines including meals, naps, activities, and transitions
• Accompany the child to activities, appointments, and outings as needed
• Manage child-related laundry, organization of toys, clothing, and supplies
• Plan age-appropriate educational and enriching activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the child
• Partner collaboratively with parents and household staff
• Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Travel-readiness, if and when needed

Requirements:

• Significant experience caring for toddlers and school-aged children in private households
• Calm, confident, and proactive caregiving style
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable
• CPR/First Aid certified

Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 7AM - 8PM with flexibility for one 24-hour shift/week as needed

Compensation: Up to $45/hour, healthcare coverage, PTO, 401K
