A private UHNW family is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to work closely alongside an Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the Los Angeles residence (a satellite property), and traveling as needed. This is a collaborative, hands-on role for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in high standards, consistency, and teamwork. This role will serve as the Executive Housekeeper’s right hand, helping execute daily housekeeping tasks while ensuring the home is maintained to an exceptional standard across all properties. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, works well as part of a team, and understands the expectations of a high-end household, including the flexibility required to travel to additional properties when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in close partnership with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of all interior spaces
  • Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, ironing, and proper garment care, including delicate fabrics as needed
  • Assist with special projects, turnovers, and preparation for family arrivals
  • Provide support during high-volume periods or travel
  • Maintain a guest-ready environment at all times
  • Support increased activity during entertaining or extended stays
  • Tidy and organize closets, cabinets, and storage spaces to keep the home’s systems running smoothly
  • Restock household supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
  • Report maintenance concerns or damage issues to the appropriate point of contact
  • Run errands as requested, such as dry cleaning drop-offs/pick-ups, shopping, or deliveries
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times, respecting the family’s privacy and household protocols

Requirements: 

  • Prior experience in UHNW private homes, luxury hospitality, or high-end estates
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable traveling as part of the role
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness
  • Ability to work on a team as well as independently, no ego
  • Discretion, trustworthiness, and respect for client privacy are essential
  • This role may include flexible hours based on household needs, and occasional weekend or holiday work could be required

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7AM - 3PM some schedule flexibility and overtime required when the family is in residence

Compensation: Up to $45/hour based on experience, healthcare coverage, PTO, 401K

Location: Century City, Los Angeles, with periodic travel required
