We are seeking a highly dynamic Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand to a Founder of a global, multi-strategy investment platform. This role sits at the intersection of business and personal life, requiring someone who can seamlessly move between high-level strategic thinking and detailed, hands-on execution. The Chief of Staff will act as the central operator across all aspects of the Founder’s day-to-day, from managing personal logistics and travel to contributing to broader business initiatives, network development, and special projects. This individual will play a critical role in enabling the Founder to operate at the highest level across a fast-moving, international environment. This is a highly autonomous position with no immediate support beneath it, best suited for someone who thrives in lean, high-performance settings and takes ownership over both the big picture and the smallest details.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Founder, contributing to business initiatives, growth planning, and key decision-making
- Identify and facilitate strategic introductions, partnerships, and opportunities across investment and operating ecosystems
- Drive special projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and measurable outcomes
- Prepare briefings, synthesize information, and ensure the Founder is well-prepared for meetings, events, and engagements
- Design and continuously refine the Founder’s operating infrastructure across both personal and professional domains
- Manage and optimize calendar, inbox, and daily workflow with a focus on efficiency, prioritization, and energy management
- Implement tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions to streamline operations and increase output
- Act as a first line of defense, proactively identifying and resolving issues before escalation
- Oversee all aspects of personal logistics, including travel, scheduling, dining, wellness coordination, and day-to-day needs
- Coordinate complex global travel (private and commercial), including multi-leg itineraries, seasonal relocations, and last-minute changes
- Manage residences and lifestyle assets, including sourcing and overseeing vendors and service providers
- Liaise with family members, household staff, and external partners to ensure seamless day-to-day execution
- Act as a gatekeeper and representative for the Founder, managing communications with discretion and professionalism
- Draft and manage correspondence across personal and business matters
- Maintain strong alignment across internal team members, advisors, and external stakeholde
Requirements:
- 5-12+ years of experience supporting a founder, UHNW individual, or senior executive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate across both strategic initiatives and highly detailed personal support
- Strong operational instincts with experience building systems and processes independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment
- Willingness to be fully hands-on, equally comfortable coordinating complex logistics as well as contributing to strategic conversations
- Experience working in lean environments without layered support structures
- Interest in finance, investing, or venture ecosystems is a strong plus
- Familiarity with modern tools, automation, and AI workflows
Compensation: Up to $500K+ total comp based on experience, healthcare coverage, PTO, bonus structure
Location: Remote on EST with some occasional travel required
