RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be the constant, caring presence in these children's lives. Day to day, that looks like:

Providing attentive, loving care for a toddler (and eventually an infant) throughout the day

Collaborating closely with parents to maintain a seamless, communicative working relationship

Supporting daily routines including activities, naps, and transitions
-
Preparing light meals for the child and supporting healthy eating habits per family guidance
-
Transporting the child safely to and from activities
-
Keeping play areas, the bedroom, and wardrobe organized, and managing child-related laundry
-
Engaging the toddler in age-appropriate, enriching activities indoors and outdoors
-
Traveling domestically with the family to support childcare needs on the road
QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of professional nanny or childcare experience preferred

Comfortable caring for a toddler and infant, together and independently as the family grows

Familiarity with developmental milestones and early childhood best practices

Spanish fluency is a strong plus. The family wants their children to grow up bilingual and you will be a key part of making that happen

Confident, safe driver with your own vehicle

Flexible to travel domestically for up to two weeks at a time
Location: Coral Gables, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with occasional flexibility for longer days or a weekend when needed
Compensation: $30 to $40/hr DOE, overtime paid, 40-hour weekly guarantee, 2 weeks PTO, 5 sick days, and 6 federal holidays
