A busy, West LA-based family is seeking a highly capable and sophisticated Lead Executive Personal Assistant to support a busy principal across all personal matters. This role ensures seamless day-to-day operations and anticipates needs with discretion, organization, and efficiency. The position blends high-level coordination with hands-on support, spanning calendar and travel management, personal shopping, gifting, and event planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, meticulous attention to detail and a systems driven approach.
The Lead EPA serves as the primary point of contact for all matters concerning the principal and oversees a small team of PAs to ensure every detail is handled to the highest standard. Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and partner, the Lead EPA works closely with household staff and vendors to create a smooth, structured environment for the principal.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the principal's personal calendar, contacts, and scheduling 
  • Coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, reservations, and on-the-ground support 
  • Manage a small team of PAs to ensure all matters for the principal are handled seamlessly and to standard 
  • Build and oversee the PA team schedule to ensure 7 day per week coverage 
  • Partner with the administrative team on wardrobe management, personal shopping, online orders, returns, and special requests 
  • Add in oversee/maintain tracking and database management for household items. Include a mention about drafting/revising SOPs
  • Oversee gifting, including sourcing, purchasing, and managing family gift lists 
  • Plan and execute personal events, dinners, and gatherings in collaboration with chefs, caterers, and staff 
  • Coordinate with key team members across housekeeping, security, and culinary on all matters related to the principal 
  • Support day-to-day needs, including errands, reservations, and logistical arrangements 
  • Collaborate with household staff, estate managers, and vendors to ensure seamless operations 
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive personal and professional matters 
  • Accompany the principal on trips and events as needed, ensuring all details are managed
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7-12  years of experience as a Personal Assistant or EPA supporting UHNW or high-profile principals 
  • Must have a Bachelors or Associates degree
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills 
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and proven ability to manage confidential information 
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise 
  • 24/7 mindset, with flexibility to jump in off hours and on weekends as needed 
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, with willingness to travel as required 
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency managing calendars, contacts, and online systems 
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate across household staff and vendors 
  • Natural leader who manages well up and down High EQ with excellent relationship and people management skills 
  • Hiring will be contingent on background and excellent checks
Location: Los Angeles, CA, plus travel as needed
Compensation: 200K to 250K (hourly + OT), full benefits package, 401K, and PTO
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and travel
