We're seeking an experienced, proactive House Manager with strong lifestyle management skills to support a UHNW couple in the Bay Area. The role is primarily remote, with on-site presence required as needed. It is centered on keeping the family's personal and home life running seamlessly, from calendar and travel to household coordination, entertaining, and daily errands. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with meticulous attention to detail, strong instincts around etiquette and protocol, and a genuine love of being in a hands-on support role.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the principal's personal calendar, appointments, and day-to-day scheduling
  • Arrange domestic and international personal travel, including private aviation, and accompany the CEO on trips when on-site support is needed for setup or seamless execution
  • Run point on home tasks: vendor and contractor coordination and home organization
  • Manage guest lists, gifting, and personal correspondence
  • Handle personal shopping, wardrobe care, dry cleaning, and daily errands
  • Support entertaining and events, with a strong sense of etiquette and hospitality
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and day-to-day home logistics
  • Assist with end to end coordination of events and holidays
  • Maintain household records, including warranties, service contracts, and home manuals
  • Organization of the home office and other areas  
  • Coordination and scheduling of service contractors
  • Supervision of service contractors
  • Manage handyman and vendor work as needed including qualifying the level of work
  • Manage temporary vendors as needed; there are currently no other long-term household staff to supervise
  • Support logistics across the family's additional properties as needed (investment property management is not currently in scope, but may be added in the future)
  • Support the family's art collection logistics as needed
  • Work alongside the executive's office EA on select scheduling and travel needs
  • Protect the family's privacy and maintain the highest level of discretion at all times
  • Respond promptly and warmly to the principal and family's day-to-day needs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally supporting a UHNW family or individual
  • Primarily remote, with ability to be on-site in the Bay Area as needed
  • Excellent calendar management and personal travel planning skills
  • Strong written correspondence and communication skills
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Location: Primarily remote; on-site presence in Atherton, CA required as needed

Compensation: Up to $180k DOE, plus bonus structure, excellent benefits, and additional company perks

Schedule: Full-time, permanent, Monday–Friday. Flexibility needed for after-hours emergencies. Must have a 24/7 mentality.
