Lifestyle Manager / in Dallas, Texas
JOB REFERENCE NUMBER: 2646
POSTED ON Sep 10, 2026 — Executive Assistant BY POCKETBOOK AGENCY
Our client is seeking a Lifestyle Manager to support their private family office in Dallas, Texas, built around a highly accomplished, hands-on entrepreneur. The principal's personal life and household operations have grown quickly and now require a dedicated, senior-level Lifestyle Manager to bring order, standards, and seamless execution to every aspect of his day-to-day life. The Lifestyle Manager will act as the central orchestrator of the Principal's personal life, ensuring every environment, experience, and transition is seamless, intentional, and executed to the highest standard. This is a hands-on “doer” role, not a delegator role. The right person brings refined taste, rigorous operational discipline, sound judgment, and elite service instincts, and understands how to make a highly complex lifestyle feel effortless on the surface while running on disciplined process behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
Travel
- Own end-to-end planning of high-end personal travel, including private aviation, marine/yacht charters, and first-class commercial arrangements.
- Act as the strategic lead over any outside travel agency relationship rather than deferring to it.
- Independently scout and vet destinations, guides, and venues ahead of the Principal's arrival.
- Comfortable planning complex international and remote/expedition-style itineraries on short notice.
Residences & Properties
- Oversee multiple residences across Texas and additional destinations, with a likely growing portfolio.
- Some properties are well established; others require significant hands-on organization and process-building.
- Ensure every residence is maintained and prepared to a five-star standard, including vendor management and hosting readiness.
Events & Hosting
- Plan and execute private dinners and gatherings for high-profile guests with polish and discretion.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for the Principal's personal and business contacts as needed.
Vendor & Team Management
- Build and manage a high-performing vendor network: housekeepers, security, stylists, chefs, car services, and event professionals.
- Directly manage the household support team: currently one full-time Personal Assistant plus additional temporary coverage, with a near-term target structure of a Lifestyle Manager plus two Personal Assistants.
- Hold every vendor to a non-negotiable standard of excellence and discretion.
- Delegate confidently while remaining willing to do hands-on work personally.
Proactive Planning & Judgment
- Operate several steps ahead at all times, anticipating needs before they're expressed.
- Make decisions independently with strong judgment and discretion; escalate only when necessary, and always with a recommended solution.
- Bring validated alternatives rather than escalating problems back to the Principal; this person is expected to find a way, not report a roadblock.
- Build systems, checklists, and processes that reduce friction and increase reliability across every part of the Principal's life.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a directly comparable Lifestyle Management or senior Executive Assistant role, supporting a principal or family at a similar level.
- Prior high-end travel industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-property, multi-vendor operations at a five-star standard.
- Strong systems and process orientation, paired with a highly proactive, solutions-first mindset.
- High EQ and IQ; skilled at negotiating and managing sophisticated external relationships.
- Low ego, collaborative, hands-on working style.
- Absolute discretion and comfort operating under NDA, including non-disclosure of the Principal's identity throughout the process.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to run errands personally on demand.
- Flexible schedule with true availability for evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
- Dallas-area candidates preferred for proximity, but this is a national search; relocation support is available for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $170k–$220k DOE
- Annual bonus eligibility
- Medical, dental, and vision
- $1,000 annual wellness stipend
- 401(k) with 4% company match
